Rates and Policies 2024
According with good business practices in the sector, and to promote sales, Areias do Seixo Villas has:
· Defined seasonal rates
· Accommodation units at reduced prices
· Reduced prices for groups and/or tourist packages
· Different prices, depending on the occupancy per unit
· Agreed commissions with different agencies and tour operators
Direct sales
Note 1: The rates shown are per accommodation unit, per night, on a bed and breakfast basis, with VAT included.
Sales through Tour Operators and Travel Agencies
Commissions between 10% and 25% may apply to retail prices for the benefit of operators and travel agents.
Promotional Actions with Tour Operators and Media
In return for promoting Areias do Seixo Villas, we offer stays to tour operators and media agents that are in line with our positioning and targeted markets.
Group Stays
Depending on the number of accommodation units booked, plus number of nights, time of year, and prices charged by the competition, discounts are applied according to each specific situation.
Long Term Stays
In order to boost sales during the low season and annual closure period (for maintenance services and staff's break), long term stays are available during the months of January, February, March, November and December, for a minimum of 30 nights, with rates adjusted to the time of year and services available as well as demand. Claim Management DISCOUNT
The management of complaints with customers is done in a close and responsible way. Always aiming at our customers satisfaction, making sure our guests would like to return after each stay. Thus, in the event of any force majeure situation with a negative impact on the customer, Areias do Seixo Villas' management team may offer discounts, as a way of compensation.
PAYMENT & Cancellation PolicY
Reservations may be cancelled or changed until 14 days prior to the check-in date; after this period, in case of cancellation, changes, no-show, or early departure, there will be no refund. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the check-in date; by not proceeding accordingly, your reservation will be cancelled.
Omitted and unforeseen situations
Despite the existence of policies, we try to manage each cancellation/reservation change request with care and attention. If the client manages to justify with valid arguments his impossibility to come or a need to change - even when already out of defined deadlines - it is our priority to ensure that, although he/she cannot keep his/her booking commitment, he/she maintains his/her intention to return and to develop a long-term relationship with us. These situations sometimes require extra sensitivity and common sense.
