Events with exclusive use
What changes for the owner during an exclusive event?
If your villa has not been included in the group's exclusive reservation, and you are using it on those dates, between 4pm (on the group's check-in day) and noon (on the check-out day), the owners will not be able to access the services and areas of the Areias do Seixo's complex, including the Family Village.
However, Housekeeping and Maintenance services will remain available in case of need. In addition, owners can use Noah Surf House's services, subject to availability.
