SURF
For people from the age of 13, at three different levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced. Groups are organized according with age and level. Lessons are guided by certified surf instructors.
LOCATION
Sessions usually take place at Santa Cruz beach. However, given the needs of each level, they may be taught in different places along the West Coast, like Praia da Calada, Peniche or Foz do Arelho. The trip to the beach will be on foot or in a van, depending on where the lesson is based.
DURATION
Each session lasts 4 hours, from setting off to coming back. When it is necessary to travel to another beach outside Santa Cruz, the activity can last up to 5 hours.
GEAR
Surfboard (softboard or hardboard), wetsuit, leash, wax.
AMENITIES
Shower.
CONSTRAINTS
Weather, sea conditions and tides. Physical and health limitations.
Onsite bookings (subject to availability) and cancellations must be done until 6pm the day before.

The session lasts 4 hours, from setting off to coming back. If travel to Óbidos lagoon is needed, the activity can last up to 6 hours.

SUP board, oar, lifejacket, wetsuit, leash.
