Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
Pack 2-nights: Full payment is required until the 15th of December. For cancellations until 15th December, full amount will be reimbursed. After 16th December, in case of cancellation, no reimbursement will be done.
Pack 2-nights non-refundable: Full payment is required when booking, without the possibility of changing dates. In case of cancellation there will be no reimbursement.
Notes: On the night of the 31st of December, Areias do Seixo’s Restaurant will not be available. Dinners will be served in the Villas according to the Celebration Dinner Menu. Should you decide to have Dinner in the Villa, you may also join Noah Surf House’s Party afterwards, between 1am to 4am, with an extra cost of 30€ / adults | 15€ children. There will be transfers, subject to availability (Noah Surf House <> Areias do Seixo). The cash-bar service requires payment.
