PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment for the stay is required up to 14 days before the check-in date;
In due course, we will share a link from which you can authorize payment using your bank card (Visa/ Master Card/ American Express). For payments exceeding €5,000, payments must be made via bank transfer;
Failure to make timely payment will result in cancellation of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation can be canceled/changed up to 14 days before the check-in date;
After this period, in case of cancellation or changes, as well as in situations of no-show or early departure, there will be no refund.
